This cup it's packed with antioxidants and omega-3 fatty acids. I've used unsweetened organic acai puree and topped it with sliced fruits, a touch of granola and shaved coconut.  A great healthy breakfast or snack.

One Serving (3/4 of a cup):  Cal 248, Fat 10g, Carbs 34g, Protein 4g

*Keep it the refrigerator, then stick it in freezer for at least 20 minutes before you are  about to eat it.
