Bistec a Caballo

Sold Out

"Bistec a caballo" literally means "Steak on horseback" and it's one of the strangest names you can use for a recipe that has nothing to do with horses. Grilled flank steak, fresh tomato and onion sauce and sunny side up egg on top.  Served with cauliflower mash  or jasmine rice and plantains.
